Richard and Sharyn have used our house for photography shoots on numerous occasions over the past two years. We have no hesitation in saying they are incredibly professional in all aspects of their undertaking. When we were approached by Richard we had not long finished building our house and we were slightly weary about letting a group of people “take it over”. Our concerns were, however, unfounded. Both Richard and Sharon and all the people who they have brought to our house have shown the uppermost respect for our property and contents. For instance, notices are put up at entrances requesting that shoes be removed and rugs are used abundantly to cover surfaces that are used to place equipment etc on. Richard often returns to the shoot during the day to check that all is in order and then at the end of the day to ensure the house is left exactly as they found it.
We lived overseas for six months last year and during this time we allowed Hotspots to utilize our house, although there was nobody living here – a testament to our trust in them.
Richard’s communication with us has always been excellent.
